2. The bearing of the pressure roller is damaged in two aspects. The first is oil shortage and burnout. The characteristic is that after the pressure roller is disassembled, it is found that there is no oil inside, and the inner wall of the pressure roller shell is burnt blue. The second is that the bearings are not running parallel, which is characterized by the fact that the entire pressure roller is not tightened, which causes the bearing Hualan to fall apart.

3. In the overall operation, we check the operation of the equipment as follows.

● Open the door of the granulation chamber, turn on the main motor, and observe whether the ring die moves up and down, left and right. If there is severe shaking, the ring die assembly is not good enough, which will cause the pressure roller to vibrate severely and be easily damaged. The ring die needs to be reassembled. The internal connection between the ring die, the film liner and the bore shaft needs to be wiped and cleaned with oil. No burrs are allowed inside. If there are burrs, use sandpaper to smooth them.

● Observe that there are not many dead holes on the ring die without discharging. If there are many, you need to clean the dead holes with an electric impact drill. Clean the materials in the pelletizing room every day after get off work, and brush waste oil on the ring die to ensure that the materials in the holes are softened, so that the materials can be extruded the next day.

● If there are a lot of dead holes, pay attention to whether the horn hole of the ring die becomes smaller. It is estimated that after about 150-250 tons of particles come out, the horn hole needs to be reamed. If the pressure is high, the temperature is high, and the oil in the pressure roller is lost too fast, causing the pressure roller bearing to burn out.

● When starting up and running, pay attention to replenishing oil every 1-1.5 hours, add less frequently, and hit 4-5 times each time. If it is not supplemented, the pressure roller lacks oil, causing the bearing to burn out.

● Open the granulation room every day, and observe on the surface whether the pressure cover of the pressure roller is loose, because the pressure roller is an assembly. After the ring die rotates, the friction between the assemblies causes the gap to become larger, resulting in two pressure roller bearings. The non-parallel operation causes the bearing flange to fall apart and damage. Generally, after working in 3-4 shifts, we remove the pressure roller and replace it with a spare pressure roller that has been tightened. The removed pressure roller is evacuated to tighten the oiling and maintenance, and wait for the next 3-4. Class change. (This is very important)

● Use high temperature lubricating lithium grease capable of resisting 300 degrees without dripping into the pressure roller. If the resistance temperature is too low, the oil will lose too fast and the bearing will be burnt easily. Simple method for detection: take the oil, burn it with a lighter, it will not melt, it is called no drip, it is a good oil.

● In general, the granulation is about beautiful, the higher the output, the more normal the granulator, so the raw material should not be too dry, or dry and wet for a while, which will cause the granulation to eat abnormally, and the machine will vibrate badly. It will be calm, this is a bad site, and it is also very important to control the moisture level.
