Working principle
Pre-cleaning screens can be divided into particle screens and preliminary cleaning screens according to their use categories:
Particle sieve: when working, particles enter from the feed port and fall into the inside of the sieve cylinder. The sieve cylinder rotates. The particles or powders that do not meet the requirements are discharged from the powder discharge port through the sieve hole, because the sieve cylinder is the size of the head and the transmission When the shaft is installed horizontally, the screen cylinder is at a certain angle, and particles continue to enter the screen cylinder. Under the action of tilt and centrifugal force, the particles are continuously fed in, and the qualified particles are discharged from the large object discharge port;
Primary cleaning screen: When working, a large amount of material enters from the feed inlet, falls into the inside of the screen cylinder, the screen cylinder rotates, and the material smaller than the diameter of the screen hole is discharged from the powder outlet and enters the next process through the conveying equipment; because of the screen cylinder When the drive shaft is installed horizontally, the screen cylinder is at a certain angle. Under the action of tilt and centrifugal force, the larger debris in the material will be collected and discharged from the large object discharge port when the drive shaft is installed horizontally;
